TIE Objective and Directives
The unique and primary objective of Team India Entrepreneurs (TIE) is to create opportunities to enhance “Techno-Econo-Socio” based development for Indian entrepreneurs. The constant influx of new technology in today’s world has put industrial advancement at the forefront of any country’s Socio-Economic success and technological independence. Therefore, the mission statement adopted by TIE is – “Entrepreneurs are the Soul of the Nation”.
With the ever-growing population of our country, rise in unemployment rates and constant increase of raw material prices, the survival of small/medium scale industries is critical for the success and stability of India as a nation. However, phenomena like climate change leading to natural calamities, changes in national/international political situations and fluctuating economic policies have left these industries unprotected from their trickle-down effects leading to devastating industrial closures.
TIE believes in creating a network of entrepreneurs catering to the inter-disciplinary demands of the industries while establishing a channel for the appropriate and direct influx of modern technology into small/medium scale industries. This will not only allow us to establish a safe harbor for the functioning of these industries under extreme circumstances but also achieve peaks of socio-economic development for India on the international stage.
Path to Achieve the Objective
India is home to millions of unique entrepreneurs who are currently isolated, unidentified and unorganized. Numerous talented and ambitious young men and women with relevant ideas and products are currently existing behind a veil away from public recognition with neither a voice nor an identity. We at TIE want to create a collective identity along with one boisterous common voice that caters to industrial need by creating a chain-link of fellow entrepreneurs to support the technological and economic growth of their respective industries.
The Start of Collective Growth
There are numerous small streams of revenue supporting millions of people in our country. Individual occupations like cobblers, barbers, carpenters, electricals; small group occupations like civil contractors, contractual professionals, clinics, tailors, mechanics and owners of small-scale industries like equipment manufacturers, agricultural industries, paint manufacturers etc., are all interconnected socially and economically. There is a massive disconnect in terms of acknowledgement of their technological needs and advancements. To initiate the tackling of such a complex problem, we encourage individuals from several different sectors and phases of occupation to access the common platform provided through TIE to engage in dialog to achieve efficient inter-disciplinary information transfer, infusion of emerging technologies and creating a common knowledge base.
